Formula Money Sponsorship Database: Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. They cover important information about the Service provided to you and any charges we bill you.

By subscribing to the Formula Money Sponsorship Database (the “Service”), you are entering into a binding contract with Money Sport Media Limited.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy (the Agreements). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, accept these Agreements, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the Service.
You must be (1) be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have your parent or guardian’s consent to the Agreements (except as set forth in the chart below), and (2) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws. You confirm that any registration information that you submit to Money Sport Media is true, accurate, and complete.
Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to the Agreements. When we make material changes to the Agreements, we will provide you with notice as appropriate under the circumstances. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under a new version of the Agreements, you may terminate the Agreements by emailing info@formulamoney.com
The Service and its Content are the property of Money Sport Media. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to make use of the Service, and a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to make use of the Content (the “Licence”). This Licence shall remain in effect for the length of your subscription.
All Money Sport Media trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other intellectual property are the sole property of Money Sport Media. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Agreements, Money Sport Media grants no right, title, or interest to you in the Content.
You agree that you will not redistribute or transfer the Service or the Content. The Content is licensed, not sold, to you, and Money Sport Media retains ownership of all Content.
You must not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or make available to the public any part of the Content, unless expressly permitted under the Agreements or applicable law.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or lease any part of the Service or Content.
You may not provide your login details to any other person. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure. If your username or password is lost or stolen, or if you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account by third parties, please notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
Money Sport Media will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions.
To the extent permissible under applicable law, Money Sport Media reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Service, with or without notice, all without liability to you, except where prohibited by law, for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service or any function or feature thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have prepaid fees for Services that Money Sport Media permanently discontinues prior to the end of your subscription, Money Sport Media will refund you the prepaid fees for the period after such discontinuation. You understand, agree, and accept that Money Sport Media has no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update the Service, or to provide all or any specific content through the Service. This section will be enforced to the extent permissible by applicable law.
Your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the subscription period. You have no right to renew at the same rate.
When you register for a subscription, you consent to get access to the Service and Content immediately. If you change your mind for any or no reason within seven (7) days starting from the day you sign-up for the Service (the “Cooling-off Period”) you may receive a refund. Refunds will not, however, be provided if you have accessed the Service any time during the Cooling-off Period. If you wish to receive a full refund of all monies paid before the Cooling-off Period is over, you must contact info@formulamoney.com
The Agreements will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or Money Sport Media. Money Sport Media may terminate the Agreements or suspend your access to the Service at any time, including in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorised use of the Service and/or Content, or non-compliance with the Agreements. If you or Money Sport Media terminate the Agreements, or if Money Sport Media suspends your access to the Service, you agree that Money Sport Media shall have no liability or responsibility to you and Money Sport Media will not refund any amounts that you have already paid, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Any failure by Money Sport Media to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Money Sport Media’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Money Sport Media harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of: your breach of this Agreement; any activity in which you engage on or through the Service; and your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You understand that the Content is based on estimates and, although every attempt is made to be as close to reality as possible, the data included within the Content may not be equal to actual figures on the same topic.
You agree to abide by our Agreement and not to use the Service, the Content, or any part thereof in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreements.
Money Sport Media shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of income, profit, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way be business interruption), that may result to the client or a third party in connection with the use or the result of the service.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
